Dear Reader,
Like many other families in America, we bit the bullet and are diving into homeschooling this year (and depending on how this pandemic goes, maybe next year, too?) Our first day is just around the corner (September 1st), and as I was looking up "first day ideas" to mark the occasion I thought - hey, why not share some thoughts about it in a blog post?
But first, pin this image for future reference:

Monthly Roundup: June and FREE Fourth of July Printables
Dear Reader,
It's the end of June! Can you believe it? I'm one of the people who's sense of time has pretty much flown out the window with the pandemic. Like some days I'm like, "It's June already?" And other days, I'm like, "It's only June?!" haha!
But here I am - two months into blogging - and having a blast! If this is your first monthly round up of mine, welcome! My general layout is to share things that worked, or didn't, as well as which was my most popular post that month. I also love to share things I'm reading, and resources (this post includes FREE printables at the end - no email sign up necessary!).

How we downsized by 2500+ sq. feet (and never looked back!)
Dear Reader,
Oh yes, you read that title right - we used to have over 2500sq feet of stuff packed into a house (and the garage), and we got rid of all but 250 sq feet of it. Yup, we got rid of 90% of our stuff, and never looked back! I had been looking into minimalism for a while, and my husband has always been into sustainable living, but with two toddlers, we thought it'd be a while before we'd really get into it.
And then - like it is for everyone - life happened. Big time.
Now before I give you the rundown, feel free to pin this pin for future reference - and skip down if you're just looking for the list of how to downsize (plus a FREE printable)
